This policy explains what Mirella LLC (“Mirella”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, mirellahq.com, and what we do with it.
It covers this website only. Mirella's software at portal.mirellahq.com, and the client data firms keep in it, is covered by the written agreement between Mirella and each firm. How the platform handles personal information, including Google user data, is described in the Mirella Platform Privacy Policy (https://portal.mirellahq.com/privacy).
What we collect
- Early-access requests. When early access is open, our sign-up form asks for your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your company and the number of people who would use Mirella.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
- Request logs. Like any website, ours records technical details of each visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time.
We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts. Because we don't track visitors, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
How we use it
- To reply to you and talk with you about early access and Mirella.
- To run the website, keep it secure and fix problems.
- To comply with the law and protect Mirella, our users and others.
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Google Cloud, which hosts this website and stores sign-ups and request logs for us in the United States.
- Other service providers that help us run the website and our email, who may use it only to provide their services to us.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with, or where needed to protect people or our rights.
- A new owner, if Mirella is ever sold or merged. This policy would still apply.
If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be stored and handled in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Request logs are deleted after 30 days.
- Early-access requests and emails are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to talk with you about Mirella.
Your choices
Email hello@mirellahq.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We'll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If the law where you live gives you other privacy rights, we'll honor them.
Security
The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and Google Cloud encrypts what it stores. Apart from the service providers named above, only the Mirella team can see early-access requests. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Children
This website is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects how we use information we already hold, we'll also post a notice on the website.
