These terms apply to your use of mirellahq.com (“the site”), run by Mirella LLC (“Mirella”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy at mirellahq.com/privacy explains how we handle information collected through the site. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The Mirella product
Use of Mirella's software at portal.mirellahq.com is governed by a separate written agreement between Mirella and your firm. These terms don't give anyone access to the software. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement controls.
Information only, not advice
The site describes Mirella's software. Nothing on it is investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Examples, figures, and projections on the site are hypothetical and show how the software works. They are not a promise of any tax savings or investment result. Talk with your own advisers before making any investment, tax or legal decision.
Early access
Requesting early access doesn't create an agreement or commit you or Mirella to anything. We may accept, decline or delay any request, and change or end early access at any time.
Using the site
When you use the site, don't:
- break the law, or help anyone else do so;
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems you aren't meant to reach;
- interfere with how the site works, overload it, or upload viruses or other harmful code;
- copy data from it with automated tools, beyond what search engines normally do, or use its content to train AI models; or
- send us someone else's information, or false information, through our forms.
Who owns what
Mirella or its licensors own the site and its content, including its text, diagrams, design, and the Mirella name and logo. You may view the site and share links to it. Please don't otherwise copy or reuse its content without our written permission.
If you send us ideas or feedback about Mirella, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.
Schwab, iRebal, Wealthbox, Orion, Tamarac, Black Diamond and other names on the site are trademarks of their owners. Naming them doesn't mean they endorse Mirella. Comparisons are based on public information as of the date shown, and may be out of date.
Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we don't run. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mirella disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be accurate, complete, current or always available.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mirella and its members, employees and contractors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Alaska, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and using the site after that means you accept the new terms. We may also change, suspend or stop the site, or any part of it, at any time. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce part of these terms, that doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. These terms are the whole agreement between you and Mirella about the site.
